Core runs the school — the year, the register, the report card, the bill and the e-Invoice — for between RM 8 and RM 11 a student a month, depending on size, billed yearly. Enter your roll, tick what you want, and send the quotation to sales. Nothing on this page says “talk to us” where a number will do.
Every price here is per month, billed for the year in advance. The same sum our sales team would do, done in front of you: change anything and the figure on the right follows. When it looks right, send it — we confirm it on one page within a working day.
The students on the roll the day the contract starts — placed in a class and expected in school. Applicants who have not accepted, and leavers, do not count.
Sixteen add-ons in four classes, priced per month. The class sets the weight, the weight sets the price, and the price moves with your band — three-quarters of these figures on Emerging, one and a half times on Scaled, twice on Large.
Not “Commun” with your logo in a corner: your school’s own listing on the App Store and Google Play, its own name, colours and icon on the family’s home screen. Priced flat — a one-off setup for the two store listings, then a monthly fee that does not move with your roll.
A school that pays nothing to onboard does not train, and a school that does not train does not use the system. Implementation follows your band; configuration follows the add-ons you ticked.

An international school bills fees, files an e-Invoice, takes a register and issues a report card. None of that is optional, so none of it is an add-on — and every band gets the whole of it. The band changes the rate, not the software.
The engine builds the timetable from the classes, rooms and teachers you already keyed in, and shows every change before it applies. See it run
Approve a bill and it goes to LHDN; it comes back validated, with the UUID and QR code on the parent’s copy. Consolidated e-Invoices at month end, too. See it run
Billed against collected, who still owes and for how long, attendance today, the admissions pipeline — one screen, ready before the board meeting. See it run
Finance and MyInvois are Core, never an add-on — a school charging fees cannot opt out of filing an e-Invoice. Programme packages and cohort enrolment come with Core, on every band.
Yes. It is the same arithmetic our sales team does, from the same published table. What sales adds is a check of your roll, the add-ons in writing, and — if you asked for it — the migration quoted from the shape of your data. Nothing else changes.
By the students on the roll the day the contract starts, and trued up at renewal. Applicants who have not accepted a place do not count, and neither do students who have left — although their record stays, because the audit trail needs it.
One placed in a class for the current academic year and expected in school. A student on approved long leave still counts; a graduate or a leaver does not.
Yearly, in advance, in ringgit: twelve times the monthly figure, on one invoice at the start of the contract year. If the school would rather pay in two instalments aligned to its terms, that is 3% more. A two-year term is 8% less, a three-year term 12% less. The one-time fees are the same whichever you choose.
One term, in one division, with two or three modules, at 40% of a year’s fee. If the school converts within 30 days of the pilot ending, every ringgit of it is credited against the first year.
So a small school on a band pays for the support it gets rather than a per-student figure that would not cover it — and so a bigger school never pays less than a smaller one. Each band’s minimum is the top of the band below it.
Nothing, until renewal. The band is set when the contract starts and reviewed when it renews. Twenty new students in February do not produce a new invoice.
That is the Group band, from RM 96,000 a year, and it is quoted rather than banded. Several schools under one office usually want one contract, shared leadership reporting and separate data for each campus — all of which we do, and none of which fits a table. The builder shows the add-ons at Large prices as a guide.
No, none of them. Bills, recurring fees, instalments, deposits and MyInvois e-Invoicing are in Core, on every band, and so are the auto-timetable engine and the management dashboard. A school that charges fees cannot choose not to file an e-Invoice, so we do not sell that choice.
Yes, either way. Every add-on is a setting on your school rather than a separate installation, so switching one on before fee season is a morning’s work and switching one off leaves the record intact.
All three. English, Malay and 中文 run through the portals, the app, notices and report cards on every band.
Forty minutes on your own numbers — the register, a bill to LHDN, a report card — before you build anything.
